Here's what's going on in Hopcat's brewery these days.

House beers... (they may not ALWAYS be on, but there's a pretty good chance)

Hoppopotamus - An incredibly well balanced American style IPA with a nice dry finish that leaves a trace of salt on your tongue - we dig the hell out of it.

Sage Against the Machine - A nicely herbed honey pale ale - not too sweet, a little peppery from the sage.  **(sorry...this is now a Spring seasonal)**

Other Stuff we have on tap right now (for the time being...)

Artic Sun - This is a session IPA the boys have created for all the "hop heads" out there, who want to drink it up without getting knocked down.  Coming in at 4.8%, overall, a great session IPA

Zugspitze Weizen - A traditional German style Hefeweizen, at 5.7%abv with the classic bannana and clove tones.

12oz To Freedom - This heavily hopped American Barleywine comes in at 11% and has a super orange tone from the hopping.  A really nice treat to take you away to a warm spot in your soul, while it's freezing outside.  Enjoy it while it lasts.

Golden Devil - A Belgian style strong Pale made with Citroen Green Tea and Brettanomyces.  This hits an impressive 9.1%abv and has a fantastic flavor profile.  Sweet malts, low alpha acid Noble hops and some great Brett funk...what a great combination.  You have to get some while this lasts.

2012 Oil Rigger - Aged on Bourbon Oak, this Anniversary Russian Imperial Stout, is a show stopper.  Big and rich black malts, vanilla and Bourbon tones.  Here's to another year under our belts!

2012 Oil Rigger (Altoid) - An interesting variant to the '12 Rigger.  The boys added mint to this version and while it's not overpowering, it does add some refreshing flavor.  Very limited amount on this and it will be gone soon.

In the Pipelines:

We also have some great brewery releases planned for the Winter Beer Festival, as we will be bringing out some great treats for our favorite local festival.

In the Wood:

There are super fun productions laying down at the moment, we just aren't sharing what they are.....'cause we're big jerks.

Side Note:   Feel free to post your review of our beers on Beer Advocate, RateBeer, or any other awesome beer website! - Cheers
