We specialize in Michigan brews, but also offer a wide range of global beer, with a large Belgian selection.
If you're not in the mood for a beer, you can get a glass of wine or cocktail from our full bar.

HopCat is a bar. No one under 21 without a parent. After 8, no one under 21 at all.
Like most bars, HopCat doesn't take reservations (not in a house, not with a mouse - we really,really don't!), though we can accommodate parties of 50ish or more for groups. Call 616 451 HOPS (4677) for details.
Please note that our main floor is smoke free, but you can light up in our smoking lounge upstairs (no cigars, cloves, or pipes, please!) or on the patio (where you can smoke the stinky stuff. The legal stinky stuff).
