HopCat was envisioned and staffed with one mission in mind:to bring you great beer.

We have 48 taps, one hand pull and 150 bottles. Soon, we will also have a small-batch brewing system for guest brewers to play with and we will be offering one-of-a-kind in-house brews on a monthly basis. Check out the Brew News tab for info on our current/upcoming offerings.

We specialize in Michigan brews, but also offer a wide range of global beer, with a large Belgian selection.

If you're not in the mood for a beer, you can get a glass of wine or cocktail from our full bar.

Did we mention Scotch? We have a selection of the good stuff - from Islay to Speyside. It'll warm your soul and put hair on your chest (or make you pretty - your choice!)

Heads-up to home brewers: if you think you can walk it like you talk it, we'd love to see you prove it. We will be holding competitions from time to time to give you the chance to strut your stuff on our brew system. Your beer will be on tap 'til it's gone!

HopCat is a bar. No one under 21 without a parent. After 8, no one under 21 at all.

Please note that our main floor is smoke free, but you can light up in our smoking lounge upstairs (no cigars, cloves, or pipes, please!) or on the patio (where you can smoke the stinky stuff. The legal stinky stuff).
